Order management
Every order in one list, synced continuously and reconciled afterwards, so nothing is lost to a webhook that failed once.
Order & transport management
Naustr takes your Shopify orders, picks the carrier by your rules, prints the label and writes tracking back to the customer. One system — shaped around the way your warehouse already works.

What it is
Most shops run two systems and a spreadsheet: the shop itself, the carrier's portal, and a list of tracking numbers somebody maintains by hand. Naustr is the layer between them. It owns the order from the moment it is paid until the parcel is in the customer's hands.
Every order in one list, synced continuously and reconciled afterwards, so nothing is lost to a webhook that failed once.
Rates at checkout, booking, labels, pickup points, customs papers and tracking — on your own carrier contracts.
Scan, pack and print on a shared device, with a PIN per employee so the audit trail names a person rather than a terminal.
Why
Your order rests somewhere too, between the purchase and the doorstep — in the shop, in the carrier's portal, in a spreadsheet of tracking numbers. Naustr is where it rests, and the only place you need to look.
How it works
Setting up is a conversation rather than a signup form, because carriers need accounts and agreements that cannot be guessed. After that, nobody has to touch it.
The app installs into your store and orders begin streaming in. Checkout rates come through the same connection.
Which carrier, which service, which parcel, under which conditions — weight, value, destination, product. Your logic, not a preset with your name on it.
Continuously, with a reconciliation pass sweeping afterwards for anything a failed call dropped. An order does not vanish because one webhook failed on a Tuesday.
Scan the order on the warehouse device, pack it, and the label prints on the printer beside you. No portal, no retyping.
Tracking goes back to Shopify automatically, and an exception raises an alert immediately instead of waiting for an impatient phone call.
Why Naustr
The incumbents sell breadth: every platform, every carrier, five-minute self-serve setup. Naustr makes the opposite trade, on purpose.
One platform integrated deeply beats five integrated shallowly. Checkout rates, order sync, tracking write-back and an app that behaves like part of the admin rather than a tab you visit.
Shipping rules and flows are configuration, not a support ticket and a fortnight. If your logic is unusual, it is still your logic.
A shared packing station, a handheld scanner, a label printer on the bench. The software fits the room you already have, rather than asking you to rebuild it.
You ship on your own agreements and your own negotiated rates. Nothing is resold to you at a margin.
New customers are onboarded one at a time, with carriers connected for them. Slower to start — and nothing silently half-configured on the day it matters.
Every day
Orders sync continuously, and a reconciliation pass picks up whatever fell through. An order does not vanish because one webhook call failed.
Checkout rates, booking, labels and pickup points — without opening the carrier's portal. Your shipping rules decide what the customer gets to choose between.
Scan, pack, print. On a shared device, with a PIN per employee, so it is on record who packed what — without a PIN granting access to anything else.
Tracking flows back to the shop automatically, and problems raise an alert immediately rather than waiting for a phone call.
The form is not configured in this environment. The endpoint is missing.
