How we handle your details

What we collect
Only what you type into the form: name, email address, the name of your shop, optionally your volume, and your message.
What we use it for
Replying to you. Nothing else. It is not sold and it is not shared.
Where it goes
The form is sent to us as an email. It is not stored in any database, and its contents are not written to any log. The details sit in our mailbox until we clear it out.
Cookies and tracking
None. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and passes nothing about you to anyone else while you read it. Your language choice is remembered in your own browser and never leaves it.
Third parties
Two, and both only at the moment you submit the form: Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the sender is a person, and Amazon SES, which sends the email. The site itself is served from Cloudflare.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete what you sent. Send a message through the form and it is done.
